REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION:

- Average grade of 85% in fourth year high school
- Entrance exam is free

- Applicants for Engineering and Accountancy courses need to take additional exams
- Downpayment upon enrollment: 50% of school fees


Bring the following documents and pictures:

1. 5 pcs 2×2 picture (If you don't have name tag in your picture, write your name at the back of each picture and sign)

2. 2 pcs 1×1 picture (same as above)

3. Birth certificate issued by NSO (orig and xerox)

4. Patotoo sa Lokal for Iglesia Ni Cristo (INC) members (orig and xerox)

5. For non-INC members: Secure a recommendation letter from an INC member and a Locale Resident Minister of the INC Locale nearest to applicant’s residence attesting to his/her being good and law-abiding
citizen.

6. Form 137 or 4th year card (orig & xerox)

7. Certification of Good Moral Character from the last school attended


NOTE: Qualifiers of these DepEd programs are accepted:

     - Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT)
     - Alternative Learning System (ALS)
     - Non-Formal Education Accreditation and Equivalency (NFE A&E)


 Bring your Certificate of Rating & Certification issued by DepEd (orig and xerox)


SCHOOL ATTIRE

Wear decent clothes, such as dress with sleeves, pants, slacks and closed shoes

Clothes that are NOT allowed:

4.  Dress without sleeves
5.  See-through blouses
6.  Dress with hemline above the knee
7.  Puruntong, capri pants, cropped pants or three-quarter pants
